Emmanouil Fragkos is a Greek politician serving as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the right-wing Greek Solution party.

Born on June 27, 1993, in Chios, Greece, he studied veterinary medicine at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, graduating in 2016.

Fragkos entered the European Parliament in 2019 after his party secured representation in the elections. As an MEP, Fragkos advocates for national sovereignty, demographic growth, and cultural preservation. He has also signed the Madrid Charter, opposing globalist and leftist ideologies.
